In a rare case that you find a lower rate, here are the steps to make a claim:
Step 1

Find a better price somewhere else within 24 hours of your reservation on dusit.com.

Step 2

Complete the BRG form. We accept submissions in Thai (TH), English (EN), or Japanese (JP) languages.

Step 3

Attach a screenshot that clearly shows the total price in the final step, date and guest name within 24 hours after direct booking.

Step 4

If the claim request is accepted, we'll match it and give you an extra 25% discount.

Before you submit a claim, here’s what we would like you to consider:

 

Terms and Conditions
  • Original reservation must be made through Dusit’s official website www.Dusit.com, Customer Engagement Centre, Dusit App, or directly with the hotel reservation.
  • The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types.
    1. Rates that are not publicly available such as negotiated corporate, group rates, and/or rates offered through direct /electronic mail solicitations.
    2. Discount rates only to qualified members of groups or individuals who meet previously specified criteria, including local and international government employees, partnership and loyalty program.
    3. Package rates that include value add such as transfers, spa treatments, meals, entertainment, etc.
    4. Rates negotiated for long stay terms beyond seven (7) days and above.
    5. Rates that are available on auction websites
    6. Websites providing rate that withhold information about the hotel brand until the reservation is finalized and confirmed.
    7. Pre-paid rates that involve discount codes, vouchers, coupons, Dusit shop and/or certification.
  • Lower compare rate which is shown member or public loyalty program rate or public discount from mobile application in the final step is accepted the hotel will match equal public rate with OTAs offering.
  • All best rate guarantee claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the original booking and at least 48 hours before arrival date for the claims to be processed before the check-in date of the booking.
  • Must be for the same hotel, room type, number of guests, and reservation dates.
  • The same reservation rules and/or other terms and conditions governing the rate such as cancellation, no-show, and advance purchase policies must apply to both the original booking and the claimed ‘Lower Compared Rate’.
  • Rate comparison will be made excluding any service charge, taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate and must be available at the time Dusit validates the claim.
  • Rate disparities attributed to currency exchange fluctuations are excluded from the guarantee.
  • When a claim covers multiple nights, the rate will be compared for each night separately.
  • If a pre-paid stay on dusit.com has already been booked and a ‘Lower Compared Rate’ is found on the same website the hotel will apply the claim refund as credit to be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be refunded in cash or credit card charge reversal upon check out.
  • Only one claim may be submitted and is eligible for each stay (a stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent by the same guest or guests at the same participating hotel, regardless of whether a guest checks out and checks back into the participating hotel again on the same day).
